RICHARD HUMPHRIES Senior Sound Design & Mixer
The mix master behind our fresh sound.

Richard is an award winning sound editor, designer and mixer, with years of experience (he won’t let us count!). He’s added booms and swooshes to our spots for over 10-years running, and our work has never sounded better. Previously, Richard was a senior mixer and sound designer for the Discovery Channel.

Audio has been Richard’s passion from an early age. He was inspired by his father, a pianist and conductor, and accompanied him to his recording sessions at Sound 80 in Minneapolis. He took his first audio course in Sound Synthesis from the Milwaukee Conservatory of Music at the age of 13. He considers himself lucky to have always known what he wanted to do as a career.
